These Terms of Service govern your use of Klicks by Kapturise. Please read them carefully — they describe your rights and responsibilities when using our platform.
By accessing or using Klicks by Kapturise (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Klicks provides AI-powered photo delivery for events: organizers upload photos, and guests find theirs via face recognition on event microsites.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. Material changes to paid functionality will be communicated in advance.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
As an event organizer, you confirm you have the right to upload and distribute the photos in your galleries, and that you have informed your guests about the use of face recognition.
You may not use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; to identify individuals without their consent; or to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect immediately and are prorated where applicable.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
We claim no ownership over your content and will never use your photos for marketing without explicit permission.
Our handling of personal and biometric data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Face scanning is always opt-in for guests.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, galleries remain available for download for 30 days, after which all data is permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapturise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
